  Cute selection. I messaged them asking for something specific on August 13th and left a voicemail. I visited the store twice (according to hours listed here) and the store was closed both times! I called and got no response, sent them a message through FB messenger on Aug 13th but they didn't message me back until Aug 21st. I replied same day and still haven't gotten a response. Went to the store and asked for a specific item they only have 1 of - they said they weren't sure if they could order it for me and I could call back and check in later. I called back and again got no response. I visited the store in person (one time it was AGAIN closed so posted hours are NOT correct) to get a response and asked a second time about the item I want. I wanted to buy one plant from them. They refused to order me a second plant because it is end of season. I asked if they could tell me the brand so I could buy 1 from them and order 1 from the manufacturer so I could have two matching plants at my front door. I was still ready to buy a $200 plant from them and be a lifelong customer if they could help me out.

  Recently stumbled upon this marvelous little gem called, Seasons At The Lake. I was instantly welcomed by the beautiful flowers outside and then by a warm greeting, once I was inside. A charming mix of decorative, home accents, accessories and more. I fell in love with their Neroli Basil candles! It reminded me so much of living in Manila, I ended up getting two! I now keep one at my office desk and one at home, and all I do is keep sticking my nose into them and enjoying the fragrance! Looking froward to returning and supporting another small business owner!
